Tire Weigh Feeder

AFS Tire Weigh Feeder, for Whole Tire Derived Fuel, control the feed rate using the weight of each tire to determine tire injection intervals.

These Weigh Feeders have the following special features to provide years of reliable service with little maintenance:

• Belt Driven Live Roller (BDLR) Conveyor
• Platform Scale with 1,000 pound capacity and 0.5% accuracy
• Programmable Scale Controller with 6 digit display and 22 key keypad
• Communication card to met customer needs
• Photo sensor for single tire indexing

The weigh feeder is often situated just prior to the Fuel Injection Device.
