Transfer Devices

Transfer Devices are typically used in Whole Tire Derived Fuel systems to:

  • Feed two or more Fuel Injection Devices from a single source
  • Transfer from one conveyor line to another
  • Change direction
  • Change elevation

Through the years AFS has developed several ways to make this happen. Depending on the application, AFS will use:

  • Rack Transfer
  • Pop-Up V-Belt Transfer
  • Pneumatic Diverter
  • Newly developed Disk Transfer
  • Tire Slides
  • Pusher Arms
  • Turning Posts

All of the AFS Transfer Devices s are designed and built to withstand the harsh environment of heavy industrial facilities and require little to no maintenance.
