Bulk Weigh Feeder

Our Bulk Weigh Feeder control the feed rate using the weight of fuel on the conveyor and the speed of the conveyor.

These weigh feeders have the following special features to provide years of reliable service with little maintenance:

• Wide belt conveyor for a maximum belt speed of 30 feet per minute
• Inverter motor for belt speed control with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
• Can be totally enclosed for dust and odor control
• Platform Scale or load cells with 1,000 pound capacity and 0.5% accuracy
• Programmable Scale Controller with 6 digit display and 22 key keypad
• Communication card to met customer needs
• The weigh feeder is often situated just prior to the Fuel Injection Device.
