Natal Portland Cement (NPC) – Simuma, South Africa (2011) – The Whole Tire Feed system designed to automatically feed whole tires to the preheater feed shelf of kiln using a Double Gate Airlock Valve with weight-based feed rate control as the fuel injection method providing a maximum feed rate of 480 tires per hour.
