Tire Feed System

CEMEX – Demopolis, AL (2008) – Whole tire feed system consulting work, in conjunction with Dover Conveyor, provided system design and equipment for feeding whole tires to one 4-stage preheater kiln, which included trailer tipper, two stage live bottom hopper, tire separator, tire separation refinement / inspection / rejection system, inclined belt conveyor, double gate airlock valve, programming logic and basics for electrical design.
