Midlothian, Texas (2022) – This project involved designing and building a system to feed whole car tires and truck tires to an existing tire shredding system at a rate of 15 tons per hour. This included a Trailer Tipper, Live Bottom Hopper, Tire Separator, Separator Discharge Belt Conveyor, Tire Separation Refinement Conveyors, and Tire Rim Detector with Rejection.
