Turnkey mid-kiln whole tire fuel handling system feeding two long dry kilns. The system included a trailer tipper, live bottom hopper, tire separator, accumulator, tire inspection and rejection station, conveying system, two hook elevators with gravity feed chutes, mid-kiln valves for car and truck tires, above-kiln valve actuators, weight-based feed rate controls, electrical equipment, mechanical/electrical/civil installation, PLC programming, control room interface, startup, and commissioning.
